Loop piles (like Berber) are highly durable and great for high-traffic areas, while cut piles (like Plush or Saxony) offer a softer feel underfoot. We also offer 'Cut and Loop' styles for unique patterns and textures.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, Carpet Warehouse partners with certified local installers. You can select 'Professional Installation' at checkout, and a coordinator will contact you to schedule a site measurement and installation date.
Can I order samples before making a full purchase?
Absolutely. We offer 6x6 inch swatches for all our stocked carpets. You can order up to five samples for a flat shipping fee, which is fully refundable if you place a full order within 30 days.
How should I clean and maintain my new carpet?
We recommend vacuuming at least twice a week and scheduling a professional steam cleaning every 12 to 18 months to maintain your warranty. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth—never scrub.
What is your return policy for oversized items?
Unopened and uncut carpet rolls can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut orders are non-refundable unless there is a documented manufacturing defect.
