At Carpet Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring purchase; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all rugs and carpet tiles are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your carpet and secure it in its original protective plastic wrap, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a convenient courier pickup time from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
